Glas Flora Herb Co. specializes in small batch, handcrafted skincare products.  The Flora Horse covers products made for your horse. Our goal is to make simple and effective formulas free from unnecessary and detrimental byproducts and chemicals. Natural products, like food, are not meant to last forever! Each batch is made fresh to order, just for you. Love your skin!

Payment

All payments are due at checkout via Credit Card. We really appreciate your business, thank you! 

Shipping

Items will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days from when they are ordered. Shipping rates are based on weight. Please note that our products are handmade-to-order in small batches.

For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of the courier, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, don’t worry! Please email us—we like to be kept in the loop, but ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with USPS or Package Protection. 

By selecting the package protection option at checkout, we will be able to replace lost or damaged orders! Please bear in mind that by opting out of Package Protection, your shipment will not be eligible for coverage. Should something happen to your order in transit, Glas Flora Herb Co. will not be responsible for reimbursement or order replacement.

We are not responsible for customs fees for packages outside of the US. We wish we had influence over these rates, but alas, we do not.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. If you’re unsure about a color or scent, please choose unscented. 

Please read the ingredients carefully! Knowing your allergies is empowering! Test a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hours. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use! Please email us with concerns at info@glasflora.com.  If you find yourself unhappy with a product, please get in touch with us (in a nice way) and we will do our best to work it out.
